Booking and Payment

If you are looking to book one of our Hot Air Balloon packages, then make sure that the customers provide full payment upfront in advance. You can make the payment using bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.

General

All of the terms and conditions mentioned here should be paid attention to, as they would help in determining if you are eligible to book our tours and services from the website Hotairballoonridedubai.com.
These terms and conditions will be applied once the booking is done, and the payment is done by the customers.
Some of our travel products will not be operational on public holidays like the Eid Holidays, and New Year Holidays.
The operating hours refer to the starting and ending times of the tours and activities.
Make sure that you refer to the booking terms and conditions before booking a product from our website.

Change in Prices

There are chance that the prices of our hot air balloon packages might change without any notice. Hot Air Balloon Dubai Ride has the right to adjust prices at any time. The reason for this might include taxes, operational costs, and some of the other factors that are beyond control. Once the price increases, the customers who have made the booking in advance will not be affected by it and will be charged the original price. However, the customers who will be booking the tour might get charged with the changed price. Hot Air Balloon Dubai Rides will not be responsible for any damages, or losses suffered by the customers due to the change in prices.

Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling

We have the right to cancel or reschedule the tour at any time due to weather or safety concerns.
If the tour gets cancelled from our side for any reason, customers would be entitled to the option to reschedule or a full refund.
In case if customer wishes to cancel the tour for any reason, then they have to provide 24 hours of notice. However, if you fail to do so, then you will not get a refund.
You will get your refund in the same way as your payment mode.
All of the gift cards and voucher sales are non-refundable and final.

Changes to the itinerary

There are chance that your hot air balloon package’s itinerary might change due to a variety of reasons. Some of these reasons include airspace restrictions, weather conditions, or any other foreseen circumstances. The pilot present onboard will ensure that the passengers get an enjoyable and safe experience. However, they also have the right to change the flight time, path duration and destination, if necessary. The customer will not have any right to demand a refund or compensation for any of the changes made to the itinerary.

Changes to Pick-Up Time

The timings for pick up for the hot air balloon might change due to a variety of reasons. Some of these reasons include weather conditions, seasonal changes, and other unforeseen circumstances. Hot Air Balloon Dubai Rides will make sure to inform the customers about the change in pick-up timings in any way possible.

Before the pick-up, customers have to make sure that they are ready and waiting at the pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. If somehow they fail to do so, the booking might get cancelled, and the customer will not be subject to a refund or compensation. The tour operator will not be responsible for any of the losses or damages suffered by the customer as a result of the pick up timings being changed.

Age Restrictions

Adults over the age of 80 years and children under the age of 5 will not be permitted on any of our Hot Air Balloon Tours. Additionally, children between the ages 5-18 must be accompanied by an adult or a guardian.

Safety

Hot Air Balloon Dubai Rides will provide you with safety instructions before the tour. However, the customers have to follow all of the instructions provided by the pilot onboard.
Customers have to be in good physical health and be able to stand the entire ride.
Pregnant women or people with issues like vertigo will not be allowed on the ride, as it might get nauseous due to the height.
Any of the tours that we sell are not recommended to people who have undergone major surgery in the last 6 months or those who suffer from chronic neck pain, back pain or injuries.
Make sure that the customers inform us about any of your medical conditions or disabilities beforehand, as it might affect their ability to participate in the hot air balloon ride.

Alcohol and Drugs

Nobody is allowed to bring alcohol or drugs on the tour. If any of the passengers appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied entry. And in the end, their payment would be forfeited.

Liability

The tour operator and the pilot will not be responsible for any of damage, loss, or injury that occurs during the hot air balloon ride. Customers should be willing to participate in this ride at their own risk. Make sure that you have your personal accident insurance.

Insurance

We as a tour operator, and the pilot both have public liability insurance. This insurance comes in handy in the case of any damage or injury caused to the thrid parties during the hot air balloon ride.

Photography and Video

Customers have permission to click pictures and shoot videos for personal use. However, you might not use those pictures, and videos for commercial use without getting the permission of the tour operator.
There are chance that we might click pictures and shoot videos during the tour to promote our services.
Drones and Professional long-range zoom lenses will not be allowed during this tour for security and regulatory purposes.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
